Shipping:

Free Shipping Details: Free shipping on all orders over USD $100.00 (excluding taxes) refers to free ground shipping. Shoudl a customer choose to use another, faster shipping method as offered the full cost of that shipping choice is to be paid in advance by the customer.

Weight displayed on the product description pages is for shipping purposes only and is not the actual weight of the items displayed.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on total approximant package weight; our default shipping method is UPS Ground. All charges are shown for you to review before you commit to placing your order.

Shipping Time: Is between 1 and 4 weeks. The average time is 2 weeks. The total expected delivery time includes the average availability plus the total shipping time. In most cases we are able to ship your items much sooner. Experience has taught us it is best to under-promise and over-deliver the majority of the time while allowing some leeway for those situations where delays do occur.

Sales Tax:

We are required by law to add the proper sales tax for taxable products in orders placed by residents of the State of New Jersey.

Order Status/Order Tracking:

We make every effort to keep you informed on the status of your order. Where possible we notify you of shipment and provide package tracking numbers. If you ever have a question concerning your order status your best option is to drop us an e-mail (sales@accentonleather.com). We will be happy to trace your order and let you know exactly what the status is.

Guarantee:

All products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. All products come with our satisfaction guarantee. We will also exchange items to correct sizing problems within 15 days.

Exchanges:

If at any time you received a wrong item due to Accent On Leather's error please contact us and we will rectify the situation right away at our expense. Please contact customer service by e-mail ( sales@accentonleather.com ) for a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 15 days of receiving your product(s). We reserve the right to reject unauthorized returns. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. You will also be charged the cost of shipping the exchange item(s) to you. Returned items must be in new, unaltered and unworn condition with the original tags attached. Special orders, customized and personalized products such as unusual color or embroidered apparel may not be returned or exchanged. We do not charge a restocking fee on authorized exchanges. Due to safety issues we cannot accept returns or exchanges that have smoke, perfume, or any other non-original scent. Scented items will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense. Shipping is non-refundable.

Returns:

Please contact customer service by e-mail (sales@accentonleather.com) for a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 15 days of receiving your product(s). We will reject unauthorized returns. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. Please note if you received free shipping on the item we will deduct the original cost of shipping to you from the refund as well. (Shipping charges are subtracted from refunds). Returned items must be in new, unaltered and unworn condition with the original tags attached. Returns are usually processed within two weeks after Accent On Leather, Corp. has received the returned items. All refunds will be by company check. Special orders, customized and personalized products such as unusual color apparel may NOT be returned. All authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Due to safety issues we cannot accept returns or exchanges that have smoke, perfume, or any other non-original scent. Scented items will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense. Shipping is non-refundable.

Color Variations:

We have made our best efforts to display the colors of each item as accurately as we can. Because of variations of computers, graphics cards, and montiors, and their settings, we cannot gaurantee the color you are seeing on your screen is the same as the color we are seeing for the same product. To ensure that the shade and tone of the color you are buying is exactly what you are ordering we sugget that you send us a description of the item you are interested in and the color option you are interested in and we will send you an actual swatch of the leather and color used for that item. Accent On Leather is not responsible for color variations on your computer screen, only variations in swatch colors.
